NESAN Otomotiv is an original and spare parts manufacturer who was established in 1980 in Izmir, west of Turkey. Primary production was focused on ignition switches for farm tractors, and NESAN drawn attention of well known OEM companies of Turkey due to its competitive prices and high quality. Working on customer oriented, NESAN enlarged its product range and moved to its current modern premises which is totally 8000 m² with 4000 m² covered.
NESAN has the ability and capability of manufacturing parts by using such processes as injection moulding, machining, pressing, welding, in-house tooling either by co-designing or reverse engineering. While increasing its product range, NESAN has become a leading company in the sector. Product range includes various electromechanical parts like ignition, headlight, signal, pressure, battery cut-off swithces, and mechanical parts like filler caps, door locks&handles, filler necks&strainers. These products are supplied to mainly OEM customers with reasonable price and high quality. NESAN is the first local manufacturer to supply single key set to vehicle manufacturers in Turkey.
As being the proof for developing technology, quality system and effective manufacturing, quality certificates play a key role to improve manufacturing conditions of the companies. NESAN fulfills the conditions of held certificates of ISO 9001, TS 16949 and ISO 14001 with success. In addition, it holds Ford Q1 certificate as a global player.
